Dual loyalties

In my opinion ,some of the new team members in the Obama - Biden Administation ,like Kagan - Justice - and David Cohen at Treasury , among others, can create a huge conflict for the whole team, they are active members of an organized orthodox israeli-american Congregation and a political-military-intelligence group, ,the Israeli Mossad , and all this as members of the USA Government is a very big conflict, who will they support first ? the USA Government which pays their salary, or their other organized political -military - religious group ? as many are saying, let's hope President Obama gets a new economic team soon.
